Store Front Design Criteria for Haagen Company Shopping Centers
Welcome to the Haagen Company’s guide to storefront design. Our aim is to cultivate shopping centers that are not only destinations for commerce but also hubs of community engagement and aesthetic excellence. This guide provides our tenants with the criteria to create storefronts that are both individually captivating and harmoniously integrated within the overall design of our shopping centers.
Our Design Ethos
At Haagen Company, we believe that the storefront is the face of your business – it’s the first point of interaction with your customers and a powerful tool to convey your brand’s identity. We are dedicated to ensuring that each storefront enriches the shopping experience while reflecting our collective commitment to quality and style.
The Storefront Expression design aims to create a distinctive and fluid transition from the storefront entry to the common area, thereby fostering an exceptional customer experience. We strongly recommend incorporating a prominent focal point right through the entry doors to attract and guide people into the premises both visually and physically.
